Human beings get set in their language ways before they reach age 1.

Researcher Patricia Kuhl explains the way humans get set in their language before the age of 1. How they take “statistics” when they hear other people talk and how they learn from it. Curiously she also found that learning from looking at a TV screen doesn’t work in taking these statistics. Babies only learn when socialising with an actual human being. Interesting indeed..
